How to top-rank AppLovin via AdMob

1. Log in to your AdMob account.
2. Click Monetize in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. Click on the app you would like to make the adjustment to, on the left side of your screen.
4. Under Mediation click the link that says Number ad sources under the specific ad unit you want to top-rank.
5. Add AppLovin as a custom event if you haven’t already done so (https://dash.applovin.com/documentation/mediation/ios/mediation-setup/admob).
6. Once AppLovin is set up as a custom network, you’ll see a column labeled eCPM – USD ($). Enter $200 in this field. It’s important that you inflate the value to $200, or else the AdMob marketplace will continue to serve above AppLovin. 
7. Click Save.
