Visit the Forgot Password page to retrieve your account information. If you don’t see an email from AppLovin, check your spam folder.
If this is the first time you are trying to log into AppLovin, your account might still be pending approval. See the instructions here: “What is the Account Approval Process?”
While trying to log in you may get a message that says your account has been temporarily locked: “Your account has been temporarily locked. Please attempt to log in later.”
You may get this error after repeated failed attempts to log in. Try logging in again in 20 minutes. AppLovin employees don’t have the ability to remove this lock or to reduce the lock period.
