No installs

There are a couple of reasons why your campaign may not generate any installs after you launch it:

Incorrect campaign shell setup

When you create a new campaign, select the correct platform and app for the campaign.

Incorrect campaign tracking configuration

Configure your campaign tracking correctly. To help diagnose and resolve tracking-related issues, refer to the Tracking Onboarding Wizard and complete all integration steps.
